Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at R&D Developments Ltd.
Job Summary:The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations
- Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for maintenance and repairs
- Recommend additional services required for facilities maintenance
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed
- Coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules for cleaning staff
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
