Job Title: Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

R&D Developments Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel, motel, and resort properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the coordination of work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Manual dexterity and flexibility.
  • Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work independently is essential.
