Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at EDO JAPAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
