Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at EDO JAPAN RESTAURANT. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding areas
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
