MR MIKES Steakhouse Casual is seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Food Counter Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and support our dining room staff. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to our guests, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the dining room staff to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
