Canna Cabana is a leading cannabis retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist store management in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to store associates, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure store conditions meet established standards and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store associates to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Valid Selling It Right certification.
  • Clean Criminal Background Check.
  • High school diploma and post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
