About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our retail displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Placement and Display: Arrange merchandise according to planograms to maximize sales and visual appeal.
  • Supplier Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in using the internet, MS Excel, and MS Word to manage data and create reports.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel as required.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and organized.
