Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Innisfail Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Inspect hotel facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure efficient use of resources
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor, you will be working in a hotel setting, with a team of cleaning staff and other hotel employees.
Language:The primary language spoken in this role is English.
Work Schedule:This is a permanent, full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek.
