Role Overview

The Senior Employee Experience ("EX") Business Partner plays a pivotal role in various human resources functions, including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Engagement, Development, Total Rewards, and EX Operations. This position collaborates with Assent teams and leadership to influence and implement global strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and engaging employees while supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, offering guidance and innovative solutions tailored to meet business needs.
  2. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enable informed decision-making that aligns with organizational values, enhancing retention and productivity.
  3. Strengthen partnerships with leaders to leverage business knowledge and develop effective people strategies that drive business objectives.
  4. Assist leaders in evolving organizational structures, roles, and career paths to optimize business plan execution.
  5. Make informed recommendations across HR areas to enhance team and employee success, considering market trends and compliance.
  6. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and selection of top talent, and with Talent Development to implement impactful programs.
  7. Foster internal communication and collaboration to maintain a high-performance environment.
  8. Encourage a culture of continuous feedback and learning through participation in performance feedback programs and employee development initiatives.
  9. Provide HR insights to shape talent development priorities, including workforce planning and employee development.
  10. Analyze talent trends and employee feedback to recommend improvements in engagement and retention.
Qualifications

  1. 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with a minimum of 8 years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive or C-level leaders, ideally in a rapidly growing global tech environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP or CHRL certification is a plus.
  3. Proven ability to build strategic partnerships across all business levels to address challenges.
  4. Commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceptional support to the business.
  5. Analytical mindset with experience in utilizing people and business metrics for decision-making.
  6. Innovative thinker focused on continuous learning and improvement.
  7. Resilient and composed under pressure, demonstrating patience and persistence.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
  9. Proven ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion.
