We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Donor Services Representative. This role plays a critical part in ensuring donations are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing exceptional experiences for our donors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through all touchpoints, including reception, email, phone, and correspondence.
- Respond to donor inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process donations, including cash, cheques, and credit card payments, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Enter donor information into our database and assist with the issuance of tax receipts.
- Provide administrative support to the Donor Services department as needed.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional donor experiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and database management.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
