- Manage administrative activities within the organization.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Provide training and support to staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes.
- Plan and manage budgetary allocations and expenditures.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Ability to manage a large workload effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset.
A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is required.
This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 hours per week.
