About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team at Analyticsmart. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key customers in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers in the CPG sector, leveraging expertise in category management and customer management to drive meaningful insights and deliver value to our clients.
  • Liaise with senior management teams on the retail and vendor side to leverage insights and analytics to identify business trends and make strategic business recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the successful execution of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Analyticsmart's solutions, keeping customer experience at par.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet customer expectations.
  • Utilize deep understanding of category management to provide insights that drive business growth for our customers.
  • Track documentation and prioritization of requests for the Business Intelligence (BI) Team.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that are easy for customers to implement and drive measurable results.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance and insights and present findings to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to expand business and increase revenue, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrate Analyticsmart as a valued partner through the services and software solutions.
  • Lead and support the team in developing tools, dashboards, and processes to manage programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Category management, with a strong track record of managing and growing customer relationships.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous Account management experience with major Canadian or American Retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software, with a preference for experience in Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian and American Retail & manufacturing Channels.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence customers and internal business Partners with data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and drive results through collaboration and leadership.
