About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECE Assistant to join our team at B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Qualifications: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Child development assistant (ECE level 1), Emergency child care first aid and CPR, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate.
  • Experience with Special Needs Children: Children with behavioural issues, Children with allergies, Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or attention deficit disorder (ADD).
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Immunization records.
  • Screening Questions: Are you available for the advertised start date? Are you currently legally able to work in Canada? Are you willing to relocate for this position? Do you have previous experience in this field of employment? Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
