Position Overview

B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant. This role is essential in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Certifications: Must possess a Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification, along with Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
Target Audience

The primary focus will be on children, including those with special needs.

Experience with Special Needs
  • Experience with children exhibiting behavioral challenges.
  • Experience with children who have allergies.
  • Experience with children diagnosed with ADHD or ADD.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Provision of immunization records.
Screening Questions
  • Availability for the advertised start date.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Possession of the required certifications.
Experience
