About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at B&D Montessori Learning Academy Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced educators to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for children.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Assist in planning and implementing educational programs for children, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
  • Certifications and Training: Maintain current certifications in Child Development Assistant (ECE level 1), Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Target Audience: Work with children, including those with special needs, behavioral issues, allergies, ADHD, or ADD.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with criminal record checks and immunization records.
  • Screening Questions: Participate in screening processes to assess candidate suitability for the role.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the field is an asset.
