Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Category, Portfolio & Process Manager to oversee our Oral Care, Home Care, and Personal Care categories across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in managing the Commercial Calendar and oversee all commercial processes, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination.
- Guarantee the timely and complete delivery of necessary inputs for decision-making meetings from various teams.
- Enhance and refine the procedures and tools linked to commercial processes, identifying and addressing any challenges.
- Guide the overall assortment and promotional strategy across brands, including couponing initiatives.
- Assist in developing country and channel-specific portfolio capabilities to meet future business demands.
- Provide ongoing, data-driven insights and tools to support operational frameworks for both short and long-term objectives.
- Facilitate training and create documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes and tools.
- Lead process optimization efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Expected Outcomes:
Implementing a high-quality, timely commercial process that serves as the foundation for business management across multiple markets, fostering awareness and prioritization among cross-functional teams regarding deliverables.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing, Customer Development, or Trade Marketing.
- Proven track record in executing category growth strategies and managing operational plans.
- Ability to leverage diverse data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a solid understanding of brand and retailer P&Ls.
- Proficient in networking and managing a cross-functional matrix organization.
