About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Systems Manager to join our team at Colgate. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring our financial systems to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables
  • Deliver global project implementations including system design, configuration, validation and support
  • Perform duties as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Finance
  • A proven record of performance with 5+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP Financials
  • 3+ years experience with configuration/ implementation of SAP treasury module
  • Knowledge of SAP Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Treasury and Risk Management, SAP Payments or SAP Financial Accounting
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications in English
  • Be able to write functional & technical specifications for a developer
  • Strong collaboration mentality with an ability to cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, peers and teams
  • Strong analytical ability requiring a high degree of attention to detail
  • Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and resolve problem situations as effectively as possible
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, Fiori Apps, SAP Analytics Cloud, banking interfaces like SWIFT
  • Academic certifications in SAP, Treasury or Finance areas
  • Knowledge about Industry standard processes
  • Project management certifications
