We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Kitchener-Fairway. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing superior client service and administrative support to our clinicians and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service
    • Provide exceptional client service, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to client queries.
    • Manage client appointments and schedules, including maintaining clinician schedules, triaging appointments, and changing appointments as needed.
    • Use our telephone pathway to book initial client appointments and contact existing clients to schedule follow-up appointments.
    • Follow protocols associated with our Telephone Performance Analysis, including training, coaching, and evaluating.
  • Clinic Appearance
    • Maintain the general appearance of our clinics, including daily cleaning and tidying, organizing Assistive Listening Device displays, and ordering office and clinic supplies.
  • Hearing Professional and Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including opening and closing the clinic, registering new clients, maintaining paper files, and shipping and receiving.
    • Assist with local events and understand and apply all promotions and sales of Assistive Listening Devices.
    • Provide basic hearing aid maintenance, including cleaning and checks, and tubing changes.
  • Accounting and Third-Party Insurance Support
    • Process sales and track outstanding balances and receivables, including assisting with client estimates, counting and reporting cash float, and completing daily bank deposits.
    • Understand and apply all third-party insurance programs, including completing and submitting forms and following up on outstanding claims.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in an applicable field.
  • At least 2 years' customer service experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
