At Bang's Bistro, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes to our customers. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities will include preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, ordering supplies and equipment, supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, and will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
