About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Brand team as a Brand Integrity Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in championing the consistent application and measurement of organizational standards for service excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating standards for operational service excellence across all operating divisions and corporate services. You will also develop relationships and spend time on site with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to ensure standards are understood and championed.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper governance of brand integrity materials, supporting the development and delivery of training, education, and resource material, and assessing brand health through various organizational assessment tools.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative individual who values service excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork. You will have a passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to help connect people with meaningful information, opportunities, and services that improve their quality of life.

Key qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, prior experience in measuring satisfaction and/or customer experience, and a valid driver's license with the ability to travel (25-50%).
