About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brand Integrity Specialist to join our Brand team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing the consistent application and measurement of organizational standards for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and evaluate standards for operational service excellence across all operating divisions and corporate services.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and team members to ensure standards are understood and championed.
  • Ensure proper governance of brand integrity materials, including standards, to ensure current information is published and accessible to team members.
  • Support the development and delivery of training, education, and resource material to ensure the brand foundation is integrated across the organization.
  • Assess brand health through various organizational assessment tools, including the Quality of Life survey, move-in surveys, service excellence standard assessments, and resident and family input.

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative individual who values service excellence, continuous improvement, and teamwork. You should have a passion for the healthcare sector and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships across large networks of subject matter experts.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (developing presentations, reports, data tables, etc.).
  • Prior experience in measuring satisfaction and/or customer experience through surveys, assessments, and other tools.
  • Licenced driver and ability to travel (25-50%).
