About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Asset Researcher to join our Facilities Investment Management Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide research and asset data collection support to our Facility Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to collect asset information, including equipment data, accommodation status, and building measurements.
  • Perform data analysis and synthesis on collected data.
  • Update or extract information from internal systems, such as CAD Drawing Inventory, inforEAM, and PowerPlan.
  • Liaise with other departments, business units, operations staff, and consultants.
  • Conduct research on best practices and trends, and compile findings into reports.
Qualifications
  • A diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in asset management.
  • Experience with research, analysis, and data synthesis, as well as the ability to work with large volumes of information.
  • Experience using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
  • A valid Class 5 Licence or Graduate Driver's Licence, and the use of a personal vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
