Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Squamish Adventure Inn.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
