Role Overview: In the capacity of Cultural and Administrative Leadership Coordinator at Compass Early Learning & Care, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating an environment of growth and inclusivity within our programs. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting reflective practices, enhancing pedagogical development, and fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to School Age programs
  • Leading team discussions and meetings
  • Managing payroll and billing processes
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing regulations
  • Building rapport with children, families, and team members
  • Facilitating pedagogical engagement with educators
  • Observing and documenting the learning journeys of children
  • Designing stimulating learning environments

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of years of experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and standards
  • Current certifications including Vulnerable Sector Check, First Aid, and CPR
  • Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Proficient with technology and related regulations
  • Access to reliable transportation
