Position Overview
Reena is currently seeking Contract, Part-Time Recreational Support Workers (RSWs) to engage in its Community Outreach initiatives. As an RSW, your role will involve assisting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Employment Type
This is a Contract Position.

Shift Information:
  • Weekdays: Evening shifts
  • Weekends: Afternoon shifts
  • Total: Up to 24 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recreational programs tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Enhance social and life skills.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
QualificationsEssential Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • CPR Level C certification.
  • A valid G2 driver’s license is preferred.
  • Experience volunteering in recreational settings or with individuals with special needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in child care, education, social work, psychology, or social services.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn.
  • Adaptable and flexible in changing environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and youth.
