Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our commercial insurance business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling existing clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure that clients receive the best possible insurance solutions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
