The role is structured as a full-time on-site position.

As a Client Experience Consultant, your primary focus is to enhance the overall experience for members and clients, ensuring their satisfaction. This involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, actively listening to their needs, and facilitating their financial empowerment. You embody the cooperative values of the organization through the exceptional support you provide.

Your responsibilities include advising members and clients on their banking transactions, promoting the full range of Desjardins products and services, and guiding them through various distribution channels. By being attentive to their requirements, you can offer tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Additionally, you will identify potential business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues who can assist with specialized inquiries.

You will also serve as a proud advocate for digital solutions, guiding members and clients in their usage. Ensuring seamless financial transactions while addressing any challenges that may arise is a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will provide information and support regarding technological tools, sharing insights on prevention and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist members and clients by informing them about available applications and technological tools that enable them to conduct transactions independently.
  2. Contribute to business growth and maintain relationships through effective service delivery and engagement activities.
  3. Support members and clients who have experienced fraud or discrepancies, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate resources.
  4. Stay informed about the latest standards, products, and services in the financial sector.
  5. Adhere to compliance, security, and risk management protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma in a relevant field.

  5. Familiarity with all counter and convenience products and services.
  6. Understanding of the principles and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives.
  7. Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products and services, as well as automated and assisted transactions.
