Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Bin 4 Burger Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, using a range of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
