About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at 1378455 B.C. LTD. o/a Milestones Grill and Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and take steps to address any issues that may arise.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure that we can operate safely and efficiently.
  • Operations Management: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Team Member at 1378455 B.C. LTD. o/a Milestones Grill and Bar, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers, and you will be expected to work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
