Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to work as a Line Cook in our kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet guest specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
