Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute consistent and high-quality dishes to meet guest specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with our creative Back of House team to prepare delectable dishes that exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our menu offerings and ingredients.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes and updates, and adapt to new recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, providing input and suggestions for new dishes and specials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a culinary role is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
