Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SEHJAS HOMES LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer electronic enquiries, and respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Programs: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youths, Veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
