Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Jamco Transport Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to truck drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles, as well as other logistics-related tasks.
  • Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of truck drivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
