Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Open Sea Truck Lines Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of truck drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Train and Develop drivers to improve their skills and knowledge, enhancing overall performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate Scheduling and activities to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, ensuring fair and effective personnel decisions.
  • Procure and Manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills:
    • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
