Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Open Sea Truck Lines Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising truck drivers and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of truck drivers and projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company policies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and arrange for training to enhance the skills of truck drivers and other team members.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support the operations of the company.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
