**Job Summary**

AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review all documentation related to quality control and assurance.
  • Operate and program Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to perform inspections.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming raw materials, first-offs, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
  • Inspect outside processing parts, including heat treating and LPI.
  • Generate and disposition non-conformance reports.
  • Communicate with production and engineering departments on quality issues.
  • Perform hardness testing and calibrate inspection tools.
  • Attend continuous improvement meetings and complete projects as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or diploma in a mechanical-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Above-average competency in math.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in inspecting in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Competent in the use of machine shop inspection tools.
  • Familiar with ISO 9000/9001 requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
