About the Role

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team in Fergus, Ontario. As a School Bus Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring their safety at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to undergo and pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
What We Offer
  • $20.50/HR starting wage.
  • $2000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed drivers*.
  • $1500 Sign-on Bonus for new drivers*.
  • No experience necessary - we train.
  • Hours guaranteed - 4 hours daily.
  • Additional hours available - charter route opportunities.
  • Child ride-along program.
  • Nights or weekend hours are optional.
