About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
