Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Okanagan Pizza. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Customer Service
    • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
    • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
    • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position.
