About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Asian Pear Buffet. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide menu recommendations and descriptions to customers.
    • Ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate with customers and staff in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Assist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in food service is an asset, but not required.
