Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Competitive Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our services to existing clients.
  • Sales and Service
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our services to existing clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Management
    • Manage client accounts to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
    • Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
