Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Analyste Financier & Support Système, basé à Laval, Québec, offrant un environnement de travail hybride.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Gestionnaire Senior – Finance sur divers projets en comptabilité et finance :
    • Gestion de l'inventaire (provisions pour obsolescence, réévaluation des normes, questions relatives aux prix standards et profits interentreprises, demandes des auditeurs internes et externes)
    • Analyse et support pour diverses provisions liées aux revenus
    • Préparation des écritures de journal mensuelles
    • Réalisation des réconciliations de comptes sous sa responsabilité
    • Assistance au Gestionnaire pour assurer la conformité avec certains contrôles SOX
  • Être une ressource clé pour le soutien de différents systèmes financiers, outils et processus :
    • Assistance pour les prévisions de flux de trésorerie
    • Support pour toutes les demandes du bureau corporatif concernant les transactions entre apparentés
  • Aider à identifier des améliorations de processus et proposer des recommandations à l'équipe de direction financière.
  • Apporter un soutien au département de finance et FP&A pour diverses autres requêtes et projets.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances, administration ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle en comptabilité ou analyse financière
  • Titre de CPA (ou en voie d'obtention) requis
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Professionnel, motivé, autonome, énergique et curieux, avec un intérêt pour l'apprentissage des concepts d'affaires clés
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux pour influencer les décisions et résultats
  • Bon esprit d'équipe, excellentes compétences en communication (verbales et écrites)
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint); expérience avec un système ERP (SAP) est un atout
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en maintenant une attitude positive.
