RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le Gestionnaire Senior – Finance sur divers dossiers comptables et financiers, notamment :
    • Gestion de l'inventaire, y compris les provisions pour désuétude et les réévaluations standards.
    • Analyse et support pour les provisions liées aux revenus.
    • Préparation des écritures de journal mensuelles.
    • Réalisation des réconciliations de comptes.
    • Assistance au Gestionnaire pour garantir la conformité avec certains contrôles SOX.
  • Être une ressource clé pour le support des systèmes financiers, outils et processus, en fournissant :
    • Assistance pour les prévisions de flux de trésorerie.
    • Support pour les demandes du bureau corporatif concernant les transactions entre apparentés.
  • Participer à l'identification d'améliorations de processus et proposer des recommandations à l'équipe de direction financière.
  • Fournir un soutien au département de finance et FP&A pour diverses requêtes et projets.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

  • Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle en comptabilité ou analyse financière.
  • Titre de CPA (ou en voie d'obtention) requis.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) essentiel.
  • Professionnalisme, motivation, autonomie, énergie et curiosité pour apprendre les concepts d'affaires clés.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les partenaires commerciaux pour influencer les décisions et résultats.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbales qu'écrites.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint); expérience avec un système ERP (SAP) est un atout.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en maintenant une attitude positive.
