**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join our team at Secure Energy Services Inc. as a Field Operations specialist. The successful candidate will provide health and safety support to our field operations teams, leading the development of a front-line based safety program and ensuring compliance with our safety management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health and safety support to field operations teams, including training, auditing, and coaching of facility leadership staff.
  • Develop and maintain components of the HSEMS, including iTrak, work permitting, hazard assessment, and emergency response planning.
  • Ensure communication and consistency are maintained through active engagement in safety meetings, area calls, and general safety communications.
  • Continually progress personal development, maintaining up-to-date safety tickets and related training.
  • Provide additional support as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years direct experience in industry-related operations.
  • A High School Diploma.
  • OHS Certificate, CRSP, or NCSO designation.
  • Working knowledge of safety management systems and safe work practices.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in training and coaching staff.
  • A broad understanding of the HSE regulatory process and principles.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
  • Strong ability to build working relationships and contacts within the organization and with external regulators, vendors, and contractors.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience performing operating tasks within facilities is considered a strong asset.
