Clients engage with a fitness coach to gain motivation, knowledge, and accountability as they pursue their fitness aspirations. A fitness coach is a qualified professional equipped with the expertise to design, instruct, and assist in effective exercise programs aimed at achieving individual health and fitness objectives. Expectations and Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and prepared for all client sessions and meetings Exhibit a strong passion for fitness and coaching, delivering exceptional customer service Inspire clients to enhance their overall health and fitness Assist clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training Possess knowledge of human anatomy, functional training, basic nutrition, and exercise science Conduct fitness evaluations in accordance with company standards Inform members about current health and fitness trends Provide outstanding member service and demonstrate excellent communication skills Create customized exercise programs that meet the specific needs of clients Demonstrate and instruct exercises while offering constructive feedback on technique Implement individual fitness programs safely and effectively Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Commit to personal integrity and uphold personal health and fitness Adhere to company policies and protocols Participate in mandatory and optional training sessions Promote and market personal training services Stay updated on certifications and emerging trends in the fitness industry Job Requirements:

Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge (a short grace period is provided) Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification All trainers must obtain a NASM certification within 6 months of employment Compensation: $30.00 per hour
