Experience: A minimum of 2 years and up to 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate competitive training programs.
- Design, develop, and execute training sessions and practice routines.
- Inspire and prepare athletes or teams for competitions.
- Assess and analyze the performance of athletes or teams.
- Evaluate the skills and performance of potential athletes.
- Provide instruction and teaching in various sports techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate and teach athletic and fitness activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance program effectiveness.
- Understand and apply principles of group dynamics.
- Attend and lead scheduled training and practice sessions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
- This position requires on-site work.
Salary: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $27.00, negotiable based on experience, for a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week.
