- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Office Management: Supervise office and volunteer staff, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
