Senior Special Investigations Analyst

Job Responsibilities
- Prioritization and Organization: Manage daily operations and process improvements within service delivery, effectively prioritizing requests and documents.
- Results-Oriented Approach: Execute complex service procedures and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective interdepartmental and external communication.
- Issue Resolution and Communication: Establish and maintain a clear communication and escalation process to address concerns reported by customers, suppliers, and internal and external business partners.
- Risk Management Expertise: Manage risks within the service framework, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and controls to minimize losses and uphold integrity and accuracy principles.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in utilizing various systems, including COINS, LOANS, SGCC, mMTG (Petra), Simplii Target, ICBS, FNF, Emiliweb, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate analytical results, options, and recommendations through comprehensive written reports and compelling visual presentations.
- Mortgage Loan Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of retail mortgage loan processes and procedures.
