Join Our Team as a Seasonal Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our Vacation Ownership business line, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our resort units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintaining Resort Units: You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our resort units, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Ensuring Resort Quality Standards: You will work closely with our quality control team to ensure that our resort units meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Providing Exceptional Guest Service: You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional guest service and responding to any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining Positive Customer Relationships: You will build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience with our company.
Requirements:
  • Ability to Work Independently: You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, following instructions and guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality.
  • Effective Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the resort unit is clean and well-maintained.
  • Capability to Lift 50 Pounds: You will be able to lift 50 pounds, as required to perform the duties of the job.
