About the Role:

The Housekeeping Attendant is a vital member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attention to detail of our hotel rooms and public areas. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of housekeeping staff by ensuring guest room supplies are well-stocked, trash and debris are removed from rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
  • Fulfill guest requests and replenish storage areas.
  • Ensure all storage areas have appropriate stocks of linen and amenities.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms.
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills (English).
  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Prior hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20-25 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, and expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
